5 Day Fast

Ours is a five day fast, followed by a sixth day of prescribed refeeding. The five days of fasting means a vastly reduced calorie intake – again completely customised for you and based on your body weight, followed by a sixth day ‘refeed’.
All our fasts are freshly made and specifically tailored to you. We also provide an ideal 6th day menu (refeeding) so you don’t risk missing the reward from all the hard work.
These fasts are challenging but the results are impressive.

Who should not take part in the Amla fast?
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women should not fast, during these times they require an increased, not reduced energy intake.
- People with a BMI of less than 18.5
- 70+ age group should seek medical advice before completing.
