We’re Harry and Jess. We’ve spent much of our lives around food and nutrition at the highest levels of elite sport, and believe we have a unique set of skills to help not only athletes, but everyone.

Our clients come to us to improve performance, or with ailments from mild aches and pains or more serious issues, many of which could be alleviated simply by a change in diet.

“I’ve worked in many restaurants, and as my skills improved I became very interested in how food related to athletic performance and I began to focus on cooking for athletes.

I’ve spent the last 25 years working with high profile athletes both here and overseas, including medal-winning Olympians in Rio and Tokyo; sailors in the Volvo Ocean Race and the last six Americas Cups; and many others.

I really enjoy working with athletes – I love their drive, their pursuit of excellence, and their commitment to their health and lifestyle to be the best they can be in their chosen sport.

For the last 3 years I’ve followed a plant-based diet, and have seen the huge health benefits associated with that lifestyle.”

“After studying in Otago I worked for the NZ heart foundation, helping early childhood centres and schools teach children and their families about wholesome, healthy food.

I’ve also worked alongside professional athletes, and, like Harry, have travelled the world with the Volvo Ocean Race and Americas Cup teams, sourcing and providing nutritious food to fuel world class athletes.

As a mother with a young family, I understand the importance of establishing a nourishing and healthy food foundation from an early age. I follow a plant-based lifestyle and really enjoy the benefits that come with it.”
