Who should follow a whole food plant-based (WFPB) diet?
The short answer is ‘anyone and everyone’:
- people who’ve over-indulged in life and want to reset before the negative side-effects kick in
- athletes whose body is their temple
- people who are environmentally conscious
- people who have ailments such as high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity, diabetes, arthritis, cancer
- people recovering from injury
- people who want to feel lighter, younger or just ‘better’.
Is a WFPB diet good for the environment?
Avoiding meat and dairy is the single biggest way to reduce your environmental impact on the planet.
Will this programme benefit me if I’m already a vegetarian?
If you’re already part-way there, we’ll help you get the full benefits of a whole food plant-based lifestyle – we’ll help with meal ideas, cooking lessons and further education.
The benefits look great, but I’m not sure I can give up meat.
Any step towards a whole food plant-based lifestyle is a good one. Flexibility in how and what we eat is important, and excluding meat from a diet is not for everyone. We empower you to make new and exciting food choices, to support and improve your wellbeing.
